No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! They quickly answered all the questions I had and it’s really nice to see they are very professional in their customer service. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good. I can feel that it’s made of genuine leather and the microfiber lining is like the real thing. Yesterday, I gave one of the totes to my sister as her birthday gift and she was delighted by it. I bought a Chanel Boy Bag in black lambskin leather with gold hardware from Designer Dolabuy. The bag arrived in about three weeks with full packaging. The bag is beautiful. The leather is soft and smooth, the quilting is flat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the clasp is easy to open and close. The bag has all the right features like the leather strap ends, the CC logo on the clasp, and the serial number sticker.

i bought the Chloe bag in black for $299 us, it arrived in around two weeks to Perth Australia. I love it, it's solidly built it looks exactly like the Chloe Nile. the gold is quite a yellow gold but that doesn't put me off. it did take a few emails to Dolabuy to confirm my order was dispatched however i believe that the processing may also be for posting because the day i received it the order was marked as complete. i was skeptical but i love my bag and would not hesitate to buy another!
