I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. If I say i love it I am only exaggerating i crazily love it.... amazing quality bag with good communication from the seller and fast shipping..... you just gain yourself a potential customer.
