I placed a custom order and it was the best! The gucci bags were shipped carefully wrapped, exactly what I asked for with no issues, and so fast! I love these bags and they're my go to for all my knitting projects. The quality is top notch and they're washable!!!! (this is good, because I'm outdoors a LOT) Cannot rave enough about these bags. I purchased this as a work pack. Pretty and smooth however solid and can hold a 15" PC. I have been involving this pack each typical business day for a while at this point, no wearing issues and stills smell like fresh out of the plastic new calfskin.

Wow. I am very touched. This has exceeded my expectations. This bag is so pretty! I checked the entire bag inside and out and saw only very small defects that weren't even noticeable unless the bag was fully inspected. I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.

The leather is stiff and shiny, the logo is metal and engraved, the zippers are smooth and branded, and the interior is lined with Prada logo fabric. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !
