I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. Genuine review! They are gorgeous. They arrived earlier than expected and I was also impressed with the beautiful packaging. They’re made very durable and good quality. Everything was perfect. I will definitely use this vendor in the future. Honestly I am very picky with buying anything replica but this was just a bag for my partner to take with her to the park etc. Honestly, having seen the genuine one in person and then receiving this, I would be hard pressed to find any difference, maybe the leather swing tag but you wouldnt leave that on anyway.
