It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! I am a big fan of lv and ysl, i have many authentic bag. When i open the package, very nice replica just a exactly the same compared to the real thing. It did not come with a box or receipt but definitely could pass for the real thing.
