Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

I will say the bag is so cute and very authentic looking. Communication with seller was good but overall the bag is nice. The chain is strong as well. Coloring is nice too and the bag is sturdy. It can hold the items needed for daily going out. I like this bag very much.

The leather is soft and smooth, the quilting is flat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the clasp is easy to open and close. Did not expect extra packaging, "certified" card a bag! So that's cool. Haven't found any flaws yet, and if there are, I wouldn't complain, as you can't beat it at this price.
