But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days.
